How To Avoid Color Difference On The Same Quartz Countertop?

Few days ago, one client complained to us that his customer has a finished complete countertop with white quartz color, but two different white. What does that mean? Sometimes, one complete countertop needs two pieces of quartz panels to joint together. Normally, fabricators will cut same slab to joint one full countertop, so as to avoid different white degree. However, if the countertop is so big in areas that you need to use two slabs to cut and finish the project. Here comes the point. If two slabs were manufactured in the same time, the color difference will not happen. While if the two slabs were not made in the same production lot, color difference may happen. We need to admit that for same quartz color, different production time will have little difference in its color degrees.

Therefore, for quartz wholesalers or fabricators, you always need to mark the lots numbers to help differentiate the production time. When you sell more than one slabs, you need to try to sell slabs in same production time. If not, you need to emphasize to your buyers the different production time to avoid color difference.

To help our wholesalers or fabricators, we could help mark production lots numbers on the back of slabs. Anyway, no matter what happen or any complains from our buyers, we always stand tougher to think out a better solution for mutual development. We are in the same boat.
