1. Try to load more quantities. For example, in Chile, clients prefer quartz slabs with thickness 2cm. However, some clients also can accept 1.8cm slabs. One container can load 105 pieces of 2cm quartz slabs, while there would 116 slabs for 1.8cm thickness to reach full container. So if you accept 1.8cm quartz slabs, you could have 11 slabs more, as 56.32m2 more to share the shipping cost. It makes difference. 2. Talk to your supplier. Actually, all quartz suppliers know the reality of high shipping cost which hinders purchasers from buying more. Therefore, the quartz suppliers prefer to cut down their own profits to share the shipping cost with the purchasers. Like us, if purchasers can raise up the purchase quantities, we can give some compensation, not only lower prices than before. 3. Try to do the purchase earlier. If you are a professional quartz slabs wholesaler or countertop fabricators, you can't stop the purchase even if the shipping cost is getting higher. So it is better to do the purchaser and ship the materials as early as possible. If you compare to the shipping price two months ago, you know what I mean.
