We always explain that we manufacture good quality quartz slabs. But you may ask if some quality problems happen from us. Our answer is yes. If raw materials are not clean, white quartz slabs may have black dots or dirt. Other quartz colors will have impurities which looks bad for a nice slab. If engineers don't control well the solidification time, you may see the bending slabs, though it is not as serious as bending banana. More seriously, if our machine has vacuum problem, you may see the tiny holes on the quartz surface. Actually, there are more different quality problems during manufacturing process which may happen from time to time. However, no matter what problems it may happen, we will not send quartz slabs with quality problems to you. If there are many slabs with problems or the problems are serious, we will solve them without telling you. If the problems are small or just few slabs that you can use parts of them, we will talk to you with favorable discount, because there is shipping cost for you. Anyway, the reason why we have more and more regular buyers is that we ensure the product quality and even take responsibilities of each slab in your warehouse.
