How can we ensure the stable quality of our manufactured quartz stone? Firstly, we need to check the quality of quartz sand raw materials, after they are qualified from original quarries. Wrong size or impurities are not allowed before our production of quartz slabs. Secondly, our manufacturing machines are inspected in a regular time, so as to ensure the normal production without any quality problems. Thirdly, production personnels are important. We can manufacture over 200 different quartz colors. For one person, it is difficult to remember so many production details of each quartz color. Therefore, we always divide different quartz colors into groups, for white different persons are responsible. In other words, same person just needs to take responsibility of few quartz colors. Last but not least, our quality control teams are also vital in ensuring the products quality to our buyers. The product quality problems can't be avoided totally, but it is important not to ship unqualified products to our clients.
