How to avoid waste in quartz top fabrication? Normally, we manufacture quartz slabs with sizes like 3000*1400mm, 3000*1600mm or 3200*1600mm as jumbo size. However, with these sizes, when kitchen countertops fabricators are cutting target sizes, there are always some slabs waste. In another word, the sizes above are not the perfect sizes for some quartz top projects. How can we do? Experienced quartz countertop fabricators prefer to ask Chinese fabricators do the job. In China, we manufacture not only regular quartz slab sizes, but also customized quartz slab sizes like 2800*1600mm or 3300*2000mm as super jumbo size. For same project, we could manufacture 50% of slabs with size 3200*1600mm and 30% of slabs with size 2800*1600mm and other 20% of slabs with size 3000*1400mm, so as to full use of all slabs without waste. Therefore, we could save the materials cost from beginning. And if the fabricators can calculate well the detailed quantity for each sizes, we also can manufacture and ship out. But that needs experienced fabricators.
