How to start the purchase of quartz slabs from us? Some new clients ask this question.
1. Order contents: You should know what quartz colors or designs you want to buy. You could send us photos to help know your requirements. Or you could look through our website to see if any similar colors. If you need exact colors, you could send us quartz samples for our imitation. Sometimes, we could generally know what colors you need by your actual selling market. Therefore, in this step, we will confirm the quartz colors you want to buy, with detailed size, thickness and quantity for each color.
2. Proforma invoice: In this step, we need to talk about prices and payment term, so as to reach final agreement with contract and proforma invoice for your payment. Normally, we require 30 % of the total as deposit and another 70 % against BL copy within 10 days after the cargo is loaded and shipped.
3. Manufacturing process: After we receive your deposit, we will start the production according to the contract or proforma invoice. If any problems during the manufacturing, we will contact you and talk about a solution for it.
4. Shipment: About 7-10 days before the materials are ready, we will contact you for shipment arrangement of the materials. You could give us contact of your shipping agent or we could quote our shipping price for your comparison to decide which shipping agent to ship them. For loading and shipping details, we will send you all information by email.
5. Balance payment: As agreed on proforma invoice, you need to pay 70 % balance amount in 10 days when we send you copy of Bill of lading. Once we receive your balance payment, we will send you original documents by express or do direct telex release of all documents that you could get cargo from your seaport.
