How to shorten the lead time of quartz slabs? Normally, our lead time for quartz slabs is about 20-25 days for each container or few containers for each order. But it depends on many factors in actual case. Firstly, for regular quartz colors, the lead time is short, because we manufacture simple quartz colors everyday or every few days. Secondly, if the quantity for each color is nearly one full container, we also can prioritize the production of the ordered color, because it save our production cost. On the contrast, if the quantity for each color is too small, we need to wait other orders with same colors to manufacture together, so as to also save production cost. Thirdly, the lead time sometimes depends on the total orders amount in our factory. That means in hot season the lead time is longer, because there are many orders waiting for production in our factories. Last but not leas, the samples from clients also take some time to copy and try one new slab. Anyway, we have 3 manufacturing sites which can help adjust production to shorten the lead time and prioritize the urgent orders, if necessary.
